Nucharacter This level is a major plot point!

This level is a major level in the game. After you finish the level, you may be able to access other characters, minigames, and tunnels. Most of them also include a cutscene.

Introduction

This is level 7 of the Way Back.

Suggested Characters: BunnyFront ChildFront

Gameplay

The Bunny can almost reach the top of this tunnel, and can clear very long jumps as well. To allow yourself to prepare for a longer jump, build up speed on the long chains.

The Child will not jump as high, but glides quite far to a point where another chain near your side of the tunnel will appear. He is also more controllable than the Bunny, but with less agility.

The Duplicator himself may not clear as high a jump as the Bunny, but if you jump off duplicates often enough, you can reach any platform that isn't on the roof. Try to keep as many duplicates alive as possible, as you will need them for big gaps. Not as big as the one between this level and The Way Back, part 8, though. Except you don't have to jump that, or the next level itself for that matter.

Plot

Here is a brief description of the cutscene that featured in this level. More can be seen in this page.

Of Course

The Duplicator and the Child reach the Way Back, part 7 and find out there is a large gap between Part 7 and 8. (However, the gap is nowhere near as long as the one between Level B-13 and The Way Onwards.) They suspect the Angel to cut the part away so they won't be able to go back and tell the other people about the tunnels.

New Tunnel

You can now play Level X! It initially appears as Level X-1, but beating it changes its name. To get across the gap, you must beat this level.
